Executive Director
Ramla serves as the Executive Director of Sunny-Side Center, providing care coordination services and overseeing company operations. She is passionate about connecting communities with available behavioral health services and ensuring that programs run effectively to serve those in need.
Abdiaziz Hassan
Certified Care Coordinator
Abdiaziz is a certified care coordinator for 1915(i) programs and care coordinator for Community Connect. He is also a trained specialist for Family Check-Up and Everyday Parenting. His multilingual abilities allow him to serve a diverse range of community members effectively.
Abrafi Kyei
Systems-based Service Coordination Specialist & Program Integrity Analyst
Abrafi specializes in systems-based service coordination and program integrity analysis. She provides program outreach and grant compliance analysis for the ND Autism Waiver Program, Family Check-Up, Everyday Parenting, and the Healthy Maternal and Early Childhood Program.
