Behavioral Health Services

1915(i) Care Coordination

Person-centered care coordination helping individuals access community-based behavioral health services including housing support, peer support, vocational training, and more through the ND Medicaid 1915(i) program.

Targeted Case Management

Comprehensive case management services for individuals with serious mental illness or serious emotional disturbance, connecting them with medical, social, educational, and other necessary services.

ND Autism Spectrum Disorder Waiver

A parent-driven Medicaid waiver program helping families care for children (birth through age 17) diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder at home.

Community Connect

A one-stop entry point for pregnant women, families, caregivers, and individuals, connecting them with services for housing, employment, financial needs, parenting, and community connections.

Free Through Recovery

Community-based behavioral health program providing recovery support services to individuals involved with the criminal justice system who have behavioral health concerns.

Family Check-Up

A strength-based intervention backed by over 30 years of research that empowers parents to make positive changes to promote the well-being of their children and family.

Everyday Parenting

A research-based family management support program that can be tailored to a family's needs, targeting positive behavior, healthy limits, and building family relationships.

Healthy Maternal & Early Childhood Program

Created under the Community Solutions for Healthy Child Development grant from the Minnesota Department of Health, this program improves child development outcomes for children of color and American Indian children from prenatal to grade three.
